Leo, the Rescued Newborn Monkey
In the dense rainforest, a tiny newborn monkey clung desperately to his mother. But danger lurked nearby. A hunter, searching for wild animals, aimed his rifle. A loud shot echoed, and Leo’s mother fell, leaving the helpless baby alone and frightened.
Just as the hunter reached for Leo, a kind-hearted man named Raj, who lived on the forest’s edge, intervened. He pleaded with the hunter to spare the baby monkey’s life. Seeing the desperation in Raj’s eyes, the hunter relented, handing over the tiny creature.
Raj carefully wrapped Leo in a warm cloth and carried him home. The baby monkey was weak, his tiny body trembling. Raj’s wife fed him warm milk with a dropper, and soon, Leo’s strength returned. The couple nurtured him as if he were their own child, keeping him safe and warm.
Days turned into weeks, and Leo began to trust his new family. He played with Raj’s children, climbed small trees in their yard, and chattered happily. Though he had lost his mother, Leo found love in his new home.
One day, when Leo was strong enough, Raj took him to a wildlife sanctuary, ensuring he would grow up in a safe, natural environment.
